The IRO confirm

1. That any information contained in a submission by an individual, or in the case of a group submission; individuals; is the intellectual property of those individual/s and as such the information will not be reused or recreated without the express written consent of the individual/s.

2. That the submission of work to be assessed as part of the competition does not waive an individual/s’ rights as outlined in paragraph 1. above.

3. They will keep confidential any information contained in the submissions and to not disclose the same either in whole or in part either directly or indirectly to any third parties.

4. They will not use the information provided in the submissions for purposes other than the performance of their role as a judge in the competition.

5. They will not register or attempt to register any of the Intellectual Property rights contained in the submissions, unless requested to do so by the individual/s.
